Clas-Henrik Ivarsson
Clas-Henrik Ivarsson joined SAM Sustainable Asset Management in April 2006, where he is responsible for building SAM's Institutional customer base in the Nordic countries. Clas-Henrik went to SAM following his employment with TPR, a Swedish Pension Consulting firm, where he had been CEO during 5 years. Prior to TPR, Clas-Henrik spent 7 years with Nordea in Sweden where he was member of Group Management and Global Head of Trading; Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income and Equities, with responsibility for the Trading branches in all continents. Before joining Nordea in 1992 Clas-Henrik was CEO at JP Bank (listed company). JP Bank was the result of the merger (1989) between Jämtlandsfolkbank, an old Swedish bank, and PM Penning-marknadsmäklarna (listed company) 1982-1989. PM was Sweden's first fixed income market maker and Clas-Henrik was the CEO and founder. Between 1975-82 Clas-Henrik was with Svenska Handelsbanken and left SHB as Vice President and Head of the Money Market Desk. Clas-Henrik holds a MSc.B.A. from The Stockholm School of Economics.
Carlo Petagna
Carlo began his professional development as an aeronautical engineer working for the European Space Agency, where he acquired skills in the monitoring and control of large projects, as well as in the handling of complex institutional relations. This was followed by a move into consultancy where he applied strong project management skills to take on progressively senior roles with firms including Solving International, Project Management Associates, Quantum Management Consulting and Consiel. During Carlo's time with Consiel he was involved in the reforms of Italy's ministry of finance, where he led the firm's project to support the creation of the Agenzia del Demanio, Italy's state property management agency. Carlo also set up and led Demanio Servizi, a professional services firm that operates in support of the agency's mission. Carlo's current responsibilities include being Deputy CEO of the Italian National Public Estate Agency, as well as being President of the European Public Real Estate Network. Carlo brings a number of capabilities to SEV's Advisory Board, including an in-depth knowledge of the Italian and global real estate market, project financing, widespread international contacts in both the private and public sectors, and an indefatigably inquiring spirit.
Robert Tobin
Robert is the founder and Managing Director of Ogma International, an organisation focused on optimising organisational capability and effectiveness, through talent strategies and HR solutions, primarily for clients within the Energy, Industrial, Transport, and Telecom industries. Its sister company Ogma Global Resourcing is a specialist global search firm sourcing Executives, Senior and Specialist positions in Europe, as well as emerging and new frontier markets. Robert has over 20 years international experience working within the FMCG, Automotive / Engineering, transport and Oil industries, across both private and public sectors. Robert has held senior HR roles within international firms such as the Danone Group, where he was Vice President of Organizational Development and training for the Americas, European Director of HR for a subsidiary of Magneti Marelli, and European Employee Development Manager for Becton Dickinson Europe. His international career has taken him across two continents, where he has worked and lived in seven countries. He holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi in Milan, and an honours Degree in Business Studies from the University of Limerick.
