Gary Brannan
Gary, an MBA from the Cranfield
School of Management and Grande École
de Commerce de Lyon (1995), is a senior consultant
and manager with twenty years experience
of working with Fortune 500 companies
and smaller privately-funded firms.
He has worked in London, as a senior
manager at Price Waterhouse Management
Consultants, and as a Director at CSC.
Whilst at CSC, he was initially tasked
with building the management consulting
practice within the financial services
sector and later
was appointed as Director
of the banking sector, with responsibility
for consulting, systems integration
and outsourcing services. Gary became
a founding partner of a niche consultancy
specialised in sales force turnaround
before coming to Italy
to apply his
programme and risk management skills
to a global transformation project. His areas of expertise include programme
management, business transformation,
IT strategy, business development,
and sales force performance.
Daniela Carosio
Daniela's career in finance began immediately after graduating from Bocconi University in Milan, in 1987. She worked in countertrade and company financing for Creditanstaltand then, later, for Girozentrale. This was followed by financial communications and investor relations at Burton Marsteller, and financial analysis in Mediobanca. After 2002, Daniela increasingly specialised in Environment and Social Governance (ESG), leading her to work with several international investment funds, the Italian stock exchange, Standard & Poors, and Governance Consulting. Most recently, Daniela led ESG research and consultancy in Responsible Investment for Etica Sgr, as well as handling its shareholder advocacy and proxy voting activities with a large number of companies. Daniela has written numerous articles on corporate governance and corporate social responsibility, a book on stock exchanges and governance and participates to numerous associations, including as an arbitrator for AIAF (Italy's association of financial analysts), and as a member of the ESG Commission in Europe's association of financial analysts (EFFAS).
Danilo Delfini
Danilo began his professional development in Toronto, Canada, after graduating from the University of Toronto in 1988. He began in advertising, then worked for health care reform in the Ontario government. In 1996 Danilo completed a Master's Degree in International Economics and Management at Milan's Bocconi business school. After graduating he joined Studio Ambrosetti, a leading Italian consultancy, where he was introduced to the world of small and medium sized Italian firms. Since then, in a career that has included working as a director in the retail sector, and leading Deloitte's Human Capital Practice in Italy, he has played a key role in some of the highest-visibility Italian and international transformation projects. He brings subject matter expertise and twenty years of experience in organisational change management. Danilo lectures at Luiss Business School, and is SEV's managing director.
